All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Major Cities: 2–3 working days

• Other Cities: 3–5 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free delivery on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
Please make sure your phone number is active so the courier can contact you at delivery time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your order.

7. Delivery Attempt

Courier companies usually make 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it may be returned back to us.

8. Damaged Parcel

If your parcel is damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
